We take pride in ensuring our Cafe Style Shortbread arrives at your doorstep looking and tasting as though it just left our oven. Because our cookies are handcrafted with real Australian butter and delicate buttercream, we follow a strict shipping process:

• Baked to Order: Your cookies are baked fresh to ensure maximum shelf life upon arrival.

• Protective Packaging: Each cookie is carefully nestled in premium, eco-friendly packaging designed to prevent movement and breakage during transit.

• Temperature Controlled: During warmer months, we include insulated liners to protect the integrity of our signature buttercream fillings.

• Fast Transit: We prioritize express shipping methods to minimize time in transit, ensuring you receive your treats within their peak freshness window.

Please Note: To ensure your cookies don't sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend, we typically dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, for customer orders and Monday - Friday for Wholesale orders. While we pack with the utmost care, some minor crumbling may occur during transit due to the delicate, melt-in-your-mouth nature of our shortbread." 

We offer flat rate shipping of $13.95 for all orders under $120.  Shipping is free for all orders over $120.

We ship all of our items in a box, your items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and also padded to provide added protection against breakage.
