Refund policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where items have been damaged in the shipping process, or are defective we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement product, subject to stock availability of ingredients at our suppliers, otherwise you will be provided with a refund where this is not possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request and and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unacceptable Quality or Items Do Not Match the Description
You can also return items where the product is not of an of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description. Items must be in their original packaging and be complete with any accessories, manuals and cords etc that were shipped with the original item, unless you have discussed the matter with us, and we have advised you otherwise.
Shipping costs on the above items will be covered by us, however you must first contact us and we will provide you with details regarding how we are going to process the transaction.
